Playing a large number of videos in order can be difficult if you keep them in a single folder. The best solution is to create a video DVD. This will keep them in order and the menus will help you jump to specific titles instantly. DVDStyler provides you with everything you need to create such a DVD, including menu templates, predefined icons, as well as disc burning capabilities. Its built-in tools are very well organized and easy to use. Also, the application is cross-platform, so you can use it on different operating systems, including Mac OS X.

Designing a DVD's menus is a simple and straight-forward operation. All you have to do is insert the necessary elements and arrange them. You can scroll through default background images and buttons, on separate tabs, on the left side of the interface and insert them to the menu preview area by clicking and dragging. It is also possible to browse through local folders and to explore their contained videos and images, which can be inserted into the project in a similar manner. Additional menus can be created and selected in the lower region of the interface, where you can also find imported videos.

Double clicking an inserted item will display its properties window, on which you can make a wide range of configurations. For example, you can choose what actions should be performed when clicking an object. Depending on your settings, it can bring up another menu, start playing a video or play all tiles and so on. Additionally, the software allows you to customize the appearance of the inserted objects. Besides resizing and moving an object in the main editing area, by clicking and dragging, you can also select different colors, set a higher or lower opacity level, increase or decrease the border width and much more.

If you are satisfied with your menus and how your videos are sorted, you can save your project or burn it on a disc. The burning settings can be made on a small window. It is possible to set up a custom temp folder, select a specific writing speed and add error correction data. Besides burning the project on a disc, you may also generate the DVD's folders in a local folder or create an ISO virtual image.

Pros

You may create video DVDs with root and title menus. The software allows you to customize your menus however you want. You can decide to burn the project on a disc or to generate DVD folders or an ISO image on the hard drive.

Cons

The latest DVDStyler versions are compatible only with Mac OS X Mavericks. DVDStyler gives you the possibility of creating your own video DVDs, anyway you want, without any kind of difficulties.
